base pay+ locality+ LEAP (25% of locality +base)= total pay. After getting to I Band IPIs are very hard to get because each team my only have 2-3 a year to give out. So as you can inmagine, it gets political to who gets IPIs and who doesn't. There isn't any way to measure performance, so it become objective as far as who deserves a in band increase and who gets the $500 lump sum...

In the GS scale in grade step increases are automatic. In SV pay band system in increases within the band ARE NOT automatic and are called IPIs.

Is there some sort of board you stand on to determine who get a raise?

Board??? Hell naw... It's all about how much your SFAM likes you.. If your SFAM has 4-5 favorites the IPIs will rotate between the five..

They will only match up to a high G band which is a 12 step 1

Not for me, did my FO visit 3/21. Someone on the board said TSA HR gave a ballpark of mid-May, so I'd expect in a week or two optimistically.
