smokeybear83 right, that was my understanding. So just because you have a star over selection decision doesn't mean you have been selected. Needs to be a checkmark.

Seems like from the last hiring cycle those who were about to receive phone calls for conditional offers saw a checkmark above Selection Decision. Then after accepting the offer a green checkmark would appear over the Conditional Offer stage.

Should be getting a call with an offer I believe. It changes when you decide to take the offer or not.
