So it seems like everyone with a CoE is in the same waiting game but a few have been given the EQIP/SF86 invite already. Some posts mention a call from/to the field office selecting the candidate but that is more of a HR to FO interaction and not with the candidates - do I understand this correctly?
I got a CoE on the 3/6th for NYC and have no follow up since.
Anyone else here with an active TS or know if active clearances get pushed through?
Side note: I expressed earlier my concern for the polygraph portion so I went and got a LEPED examination done in my city (I am not LE and have never done a poly). The examiner seemed experienced and claimed 26 years of DOJ work (I had no reason to doubt but I also didn't care about qualifications - it was a learning experience for me). I learned the breathing techniques I've been taught for arousal control (which I use all the time now) can be viewed as a deceptive counter-measure. I also sigh a lot because I zone out or drift off and don't breathe as deeply as I need to, which isn't deceptive but it messes up the questioning series. My reason for doing the exam was for exposure but also all the posts I read about "honest" people getting unreadable or inconclusive exams being disqualified. The examiner expressed that those people were likely hiding things but my experienced also indicated, random small things can make your test invalid and not necessarily identify you as a "liar". I'm not sure if there is a difference but I wanted to share this with anyone else here who might care.

Under the yellow "offer review" section. The column "in process" which is what the blue star means, it looks like conditional offer will be marked with a blue star when "the candidate has been selected for the position and a Job Offer Specialist is preparing a tentative job offer for review by the candidate."
So it looks like a blue star over Conditional Offer means you should be expecting a COE call

I missed my call on Friday. Called the help desk and I just simply have to wait for another one. I'm not sure how some people were able to call back and get the COE LUCKY!!

Green check mark over "Conditional Offer" and
Blue Star over "Pre-appointment Background Check"
I got the green check mark over "Conditional Offer" the day I got my COE by phone. Before that call, it was a Blue Star.
Hope that helps.
