I'm signed up for the One Stop in Los Angeles also, the email reads, "In anticipation of the Deportation Officer One-Stop Pre-Employment events the Office of Human Capital is requesting each applicant fill out the following questionnaire - Deportation Officer Applicant Questionnaire;" seems like we will be completing some pre-employment issues; the email was a bit vague, but I'm guessing they'll let us know with a follow up email in the near future. Hopefully this expedites the process in some way...

Friend of mine is an IEA, told me they like knock off a lot of the pre employment requirements including physical, drug test, interview but medical was after official offer

The email states that medical, drug, fitness test and oral board will be knocked out there.

The one-stop is new for this announcement. Not sure how your IEA friend can tell you what they "like to knock off" as they haven't done one yet...

And medical is done before the firm offer. Medical is a pre-employment stage that will slow down or stop quite a few applicants.
