95 is the cut off for both levels. You have a 103 for GS7. You are considered one of the "best qualified candidates" per the email. At this point you're in good standing (that is if you're not mad you're going to get GS7 pay in the academy).

BTW, when I applied the last time, I was told that my score was .4 below the cutoff... and I got moved through the process anyhow. I also got a rejection letter, then received a tentative offer a few weeks later. Apparently no doesn't always mean no

I'm going by what I recieved in my email (for San Diego - SWB). With your statement, obviously not all regions have a cut off of 95... 70 seems low... What region did you choose, if you don't mind me asking?

For those of you getting your NORs it would be helpful to find out the locations you applied for. I am still waiting on NORs.

Got my NOR today for San Antonio GS-9 98 (95 cutoff) no vet pref and it said I would not be considered for GS-7 because I qualified for GS-9.

Did anyone else receive notice of their results? I got an email today saying my eligibility is until 2/2017. It was a little confusing because it states those with a 95 or above will be contacted in 4-6 weeks to schedule a test and those under will not. It didn't state my rating but said eligibility for two years so not sure? Either way I'll keep studying and wait and see. At least NORs are going out now!

Never mind. Saw they gave me a rating of 86 with my 5 pt vet preferance that only gives me 91. This was for San Diego and I never heard about San Antonio. Guess it goes to show you, to qualify you need to really answer all Es on things. I was mainly Ds and Cs but guess that isn't enough? Oh well, good luck to those of you making it to the test. I'll be on the lookout for the next opening...if there is one?
