If you are found eligible Notice of Results (NOR) emails will be forwarded. Per the announcement within 60 days or longer selections may be made and notification will be sent through email regarding the next step in the process.

Let see how long of a stretch it would take to receive our NORs. I have two degrees and law enforcement experience. The worst part of the process is the waiting game, it's killer.

Per another forum member who directly spoke with HR..It will be possible early December when NOR's come out. From what I gather there was a nice size applicant pool.

I don't have any intel, but I would't be surprised if it's more than the last public announcement - 17K or more.... If that's the case a lot of us are getting our hopes up for nothing b/c the cutoff for NOR's will be very, very high.

Thing is, it really doesn't matter how many they want to hire. The last big hiring surge in 2010 was supposed to go longer, and the budget went away.
