Got the referral notice today. Don't have a lot of insight into the office beyond what I've read here and in their reports to Congress. You get the referral?

Yup, referral email yesterday. No clue if it will turn into an interview or not. My fingers are permanently crossed and rolling throwing my hat in as this one was open to a smaller audience.

I've had an intro Treasury OIG brief and it was typical OIG mission in DC etc. The interwebs suggested the whole office of investigations is just over 100, but I don't know how many agents that translates into.

If anyone has worked with or for them I would appreciate any insight into the climate there. I’ve also hear that things have improved in the past 6 years since the current IG came in.

Interviews were last month. The good and the bad news has been sent out to the applicants who interviewed.
