I know the pathways program is supposed to be for recent graduates within 2 years of graduation. My question is how do you define 2 years? For example, my graduation date was 05/2012. Is it two years from date? or two calendar years? If a position opens 06/2014 would I be eligible or not?

From what I have read about pathways it is two years from the date of graduation. If a position opened up on 06/2014 you would not be eligible if you graduated 05/2012.

I have also read that it was at the time of application. It is NOT the closing date of the announcement. So if your time is running out I would have the application in before you eligibility runs out.
