Good to know. It's not the same with BP. Wouldn't you target more CBP Officers if you send a mass internal email to both the Miami and Ft Lauderdale field offices? I know that in the pass I've sent field intel to Agents at spacific stations by going into the contact list and searching for that spacific station. Or is this frowned upon in this case?
