    Some good advice here, I agree with getting rid of mission statement. I personally have never seen that on a professional resume. Possibly replace your mission and valuable traits with "Summary of Qualifications", combining some of the verbage under that heading. Also, I would get rid of your education if only a GED. Your descriptions need to either be in past or present. 'Excel' 'Work' 'Take', etc., and 'Completed', etc.

    Overall looks pretty good though. Good luck!

      Mr Mitchell, Your resume is really bad. Your complacency with your recent (within a year) marijuana use is not going to help (as in, you will need 5-7 years since to even think of having a chance. You also have a good bit of bad credit, delinquent bills and debt. You have a lot of maturing to do.
