For all of the alternates out there - keep in close contact with your BI. There are bound to be primary candidates that pull out or are cut for whatever reason, so do not lose hope.

Yeah its 0. You'll be at one of those for 3 years before you can move. They made that clear at the interviews- final offer comes with a location, if you don't agree to that location you are dropped from consideration all together
