you have to be a GS 11 for a year before even being looked at, i'm only a 9 . have you seen anything for us lower GS level guys? Also for the West Coast?

and thats not true these are entry level but you must be prior military or already a federal employee hope that helps

A. Thanks for the link.....I missed those some how.....

B. GS-13 isn't entry level......not even with FPS.....

C. They have been listing some 14/15 stuff as well for Crim Investigator Supervisor and Area Commanders. Perhaps they are trying to fill from within (to a point) top positions as they get ready to hire more worker bees....? Who knows.... We barely have 4-5 people out here....too bad Hawaii wasn't listed.... or I would be all over it....

They are.....and they have some upper supervisory positions listed as well. Nothing entry level has been posted in a while.....

Surely there's more coming down the pipe for us lower guys....can't have all Chief's and no Indians!! I've noticed that they've been posting various supervisor and administrative positions lately, maybe they're getting the top squared away first then hiring entry level later?

any job that starts at 81K is not entry level

i think what he meant is that the job doesn't required you to have 12years of fed experience.
but you are right. it's not an entry level per se where fresh out of college kids are eligible....

oops i screwed up, yeah entry level are not out yet. those were supervisor jobs. My bad. The entry level are 7/9 and we are still working our budget i guess to they have not come out yet. Ill keep looking. sorry for the miss understanding.

Entry level positions are coming soon, I was called Monday to send over a copy of my DD214 and set up an interview. I respectfully declined as I now have a training date for the USMS. Best of luck to everyone, FPS is a great place to work

what type of distance will FPS let me commute with the dog and G-ride? the closest on the K9 opening is approx 60miles away from my house. no i can not sell, due to the house market.
