    Transportation Security?

    Has anyone ever applied to the TSA before? If so how long did it take before they sent you this email based test I read about?

    I applied this past June and got the email saying that depending on issues with my background, I would receive an email to take a test. It's been almost 5 months with no word from them.

    Any input?

      He is located in NY also.
      This profession is not for people looking for positive reinforcement from the public. Very often it can be a thankless job and you can't desire accolades, because those are not usually forthcoming. Just do your job to the best of your ability and live with the decisions you've made.
