If you're looking at working as an International Police Advisor in one of the "high risk" countries (ie/ Iraq or Afghanistan etc) then try DynCorp, MPRI or CPI.

If you just want to be a Cop overseas, then a couple of states in Australia have been recruiting foreign officers, recently: WA and SA are some.

Also, New Zealand takes officers with foreign experience, both Police and Corrections, I believe?

Finally, the Abu Dhabi Police in the U.A.E. have been recruiting for ex-pat officers on a new community policing project there.
