    can anyone give me a current( very recent) PT regiment that you've gone through in the UPTP? I've read 10 different threads and every single one is different!!

    im going in for the FBI police, and i just want to know what to focus on as far as physical training, concentrate on running? lifting? sit ups, pull ups? yes i know i should be doing it all anyways, but as of now, i need the most work in cardio. if you could, just gimmie a break down of a weekly PT regiment you went through so i can kinda get a feel for where im at now and taylor my training towards that.

    i have till may to tighten it up.

    It really depends on the instructor. When I went, it was more cardio than anything.

      I never went through UPTP, but I've seen them PT. I would concentrate on cardio (running).
