Tripwire Systems cameras: who's using them?
I've read that Riverside County, CA and some PDs in the county have used them. Milwaukee, WI bought some in 2007 or so. Anybody else?
Hoping somebody familiar with the operation of the cameras could answer some questions about how they transmit the photo messages, and if you've had any recent problems with the cellular system. AT&T seems to be having a "glitch" lately, with regard to some other cameras used for surveillance.
