in my department we use laptops with a remote log into the main computer where we composite all of our reports, etc. I know the same software can be used on a tablet. However iPads are out of the question, due to no accessibility with e-ticket, scanner etc. The new windows surface tablets look like they could work. You can piggy-back the usb devices, etc. However that tablet will only install programs if the operating system is hacked. Anyone explore this and could help?
